GENERAL CONDITIONS

These general conditions of use (the “General Conditions”) regulate the access and use of the website www.saltamos.es (the “Website”) by users as well as the terms to which the purchase will be subject to a Client of any experience published on the Website, owned by Club Paracaigudisme Barcelona-Bages SL (hereinafter, “SALTAMOS VILLAGE”).

The access and navigation of a User through the Website implies their full, express and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions and, in this sense, the User states:

– That you have read and understood what is stated here.

– That you are of legal age and have the necessary capacity to use the Website.

– That it assumes all the obligations described in these General Conditions.

The acceptance of these General Conditions by the Client will be an essential requirement in order to formalize any contractual relationship between the Client and SALTAMOS VILLAGE, through the corresponding order.
SALTAMOS VILLAGE reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the content of these General Conditions, as well as the experiences or offers published and any aspect of design and / or configuration of the Website. Any modification of the General Conditions will be applicable to Users and Clients from the moment they are published on the Website, so it is recommended that Clients always review them before making any purchase on the Website.
 
In order to buy experiences published on the Website, it is necessary to prior registration of the Users on the Website. The data provided in the registration process must be exact, precise and true.

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made to Spain for free with a delivery time of between 48h and 72h. All our shipments are made with transport companies of national origin and of reputed prestige. Most of these transport companies offer the option of tracking the shipment on their website, only with the reference number of the shipment you can obtain information about the status of your shipments.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CHANGES

The Client has the right to withdraw and, therefore, cancel the purchase of the experience or service acquired on the Website within a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the purchase of the experience published in SALTAMOS VILLAGE, or, where appropriate, from the receipt of the purchased product, without indicating the reason and without any penalty being applied for this reason. The return by SALTAMOS VILLAGE of the amount paid will be made through the means of payment used by the Customer in the purchase and within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days.

SALTAMOS VILLAGE will refund the value of the Voucher to the buyer, provided that no reservation has been made. After 14 calendar days after purchase, a refund will not be possible.

CARRYING OUT THE ACTIVITY

In case of being late on the day of the service, SALTAMOS VILLAGE may reduce the time of the activity or cancel the appointment, implying the loss of the Voucher. SALTAMOS VILLAGE is the holder of professional civil liability insurance for sufficient amounts and has all the authorizations that allow us to carry out our activities. However, the Client is invited to verify that he benefits from sufficient insurance coverage for the practice of the chosen activities.

COMMITMENTS OF THE USERS

The User agrees to use the Website and all its content and services in accordance with the provisions of the law, morality, public order and these General Conditions. Likewise, it is obliged to make appropriate use of the services and / or contents of the Website and not to use them to carry out illegal or criminal activities that threaten the functioning of the Website, other Users, SALTAMOS VILLAGE or third parties.

The Client will not resell products or services acquired through the Website to other people.

By way of example, and in no case limiting or exclusive, the User undertakes to:

a) Not to introduce or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, in defense of terrorism or that violate human rights.

b) Not to introduce or spread data programs (viruses and harmful software) on the network that may cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers or third-party Internet users.

c) Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising.

d) Not to transmit unsolicited or authorized advertising, publicity material, “junk mail”, “chain letters”, “pyramidal structures”, or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for it.

e) Not to introduce or disseminate any false, ambiguous or inaccurate information and content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information.

f) Not to impersonate other Users using their registration keys on the Website.

g) Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that implies a violation of the intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyright that correspond to SALTAMOS VILLAGE.

h) Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes a violation of the secrecy of communications and the legislation on personal data.

In case of breach by the User of these General Conditions, SALTAMOS VILLAGE reserves the possibility of canceling the User’s account on the Website, without prejudice to the right to request the corresponding compensation for damages derived from claims, fines, penalties or sanctions that may arise as a result of this breach.

COMMENTS, SUGGESTIONS, COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

Your comments and suggestions will be welcomed. We kindly ask you to send us such comments and suggestions, as well as any questions, complaints or claims, through our contact channels or the postal or email address indicated below. Your complaints and claims to our customer service will be dealt with in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within the legally established period. If you as a consumer consider that your rights have been violated, you can direct your complaints to us through the email address info@saltamos.es in order to request an out-of-court solution of disputes

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

For the conflicts of interpretation and execution derived from the use of the Web, the current Spanish legislation and the Courts and Tribunals of Spain will apply, provided that the regulations in force for this purpose foresee the possibility that the parties may submit to a specific jurisdiction.
